Mission/Objective

The purpose is to promote good fellowship and
engender brotherly and sisterly love spiritually,
socially, and otherwise in a Christian atmosphere.
Activities include trips to the theatre and sponsoring
of concerts, and programs for the fellowship of
church and community. When needed, we cooperate
with financial programs of the church.

Mission/Objective
|
Hospitality Circle was founded in 1947 and
is one of the oldest organizations at the church.
Our group objectives are listed in the following
statements:
1. Establish and promote fellowship with circle
members and through cooperation with the Concil
of Circles and Clubs to increase friendliness
and fellowship among church members.
2. Serve as a welcoming group to new church members
by providing a new member reception and coffe
hour.
3. Support and carry out in general the theme
of the church as the "friendliest church
in the city".
4. Provide support, as necessary, with other activities
of the church.
The activities of Hospitality Circle include a
Christmas Card fund raising project, New Member's
Reception and coffee hour, and selection of a
recipent of the Rupert P. Clark service award.

whereby adults can get together in a social atmosphere
for fellowship and activities of enjoyment aimed

Peoples Congregational United Church of Christ.
Profit making activities and programs are dedicated
to the enhancement of the church. Each year the
Circle sponsors a Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
and a Fall Frolic dinner dance. Members of the
Circle are not required to be members of Peoples
Church.
